Article Processing Charge (APC) Policy

No submission or evaluation fee is charged during manuscript submission, editorial pre-evaluation, or peer review. Fees apply only to manuscripts that have been accepted for publication. Payment has no influence on the editorial evaluation, peer-review process, or the decision to accept a manuscript.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) is 3,500 TRY or 50 GBP.

In addition to the APC, a Publication Administration Fee of 500 TRY or 10 GBP is charged to cover administrative and operational costs associated with the post-acceptance publication process.

Therefore, the standard total publication fee is 4,000 TRY:

Article Processing Charge (APC): 3,500 TRY
Publication Administration Fee: 500 TRY

For manuscripts exceeding 30 pages, an additional Production and Layout Fee of 1,000 TRY is charged.

The standard fee structure covers manuscripts with up to two authors. For manuscripts with more than two authors, an additional 1,000 TRY is charged for each additional author, starting from the third author.

Any applicable local taxes are not included in the fees stated above.

For articles that have completed all processes and for which payment has been made prior to typesetting, no refund will be issued in the event of subsequent withdrawal.

Bank and payment details are provided to the corresponding author only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

Note: The journal reserves the right to waive, reduce, or grant partial or full exemptions from the Article Processing Charge and related publication fees where deemed appropriate.

Payment should only be made after the author receives an official payment notification from the journal. Authors should not make any payment before receiving this notification.
