The Turkish Music Journal does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees.
The evaluation of manuscripts, the peer review process, and publication are entirely free of charge.
Services such as translation, proofreading, language editing, and statistical analysis may be obtained from independent institutions or individuals outside the journal; responsibility and costs for such additional services rest solely with the authors.
The journal’s business model is based on institutional support, editorial voluntarism, and academic collaboration. In this way, the dissemination of scholarly knowledge produced in the field of Turkish music to wider audiences is ensured, and the free circulation of knowledge among researchers is promoted.
