Specification of modulation of Azerbaijani modus - Humayun modus

The article examines the modulation characteristics of the main modus of Azerbaijan music, Humayun. Modulations can occur during kinship relationships between moduss. Kinship relationships can arise for several reasons. Each of these reasons is reported in the article. The most important of them are the common sound steps between the moduss and the kinship relationships created by the common parts within the mugham dasgahs. Information is given about the strong point created by Mugham departments. Here, information is also given about the two Humayun modus that exist in Azerbaijani music - the main Humayun modus and the second type of Humayun modus. Humayun modus first time was mentioned by U. Hajibeyli among the main Azerbaijani moduss. Later, Professor M. Ismayilov on the basis of Humayun's modus created the Humayun's modus of II type, which is practically more suitable with "Humayun" mugham. All the possible modulations of the Humayun modus are shown in the form of a table and reflected in the musical samples written by us. It is possible to move from Humayun modus to ten different tonic moduss. The degrees of kinship are divided into groups and each group is explained.
