Although the date of its emergence is too old to be determined, the Black Sea Kemençe was not used effectively throughout Turkey until 2000. For this reason, the music made with the Black Sea kemençe cannot go beyond certain patterns. In the beginning, the style of performing the kemençe was generally performed with a trill ornament over double strings, that is, by hitting the finger quickly on the string. Bringing a new breath to the Black Sea music, this sound form, which emerged by moving the fingers back and forth on a note on the instrument keyboard, which we call the vibration technique of Cemal Berber, contributed to the popularity of the music performed with the Black Sea kemençe. In our article, personal interviews were held with musicians who were accepted by the public by making literature reviews and document analysis. The playing styles made with the kemençe in an average of 70 years were mentioned. In this article, attention was drawn to the influence of Cemal Berber on the relaxation and prevalence of the music, which was revealed as a result of different playing styles. In the related article, kemençe forms the universe of this study. The effect of the differences in performance with the kemençe on the music of the Black Sea is also reflected and described in this research.
